Krishna Kamalam Praveenya Vikasam

Another of our favourite program is Krishna Kamalam Praveenya Vikasam. Crafts are taught to students in Municipal schools clay molding being an ongoing craft that is taught throughout the year. Teaching crafts has also been taken up as summer classes which is proving a big hit.

KK Sanmanam

Award for excellence was initiated last year for outstanding work done by an artisan. Our first recipient was Shri G. Ramanaiah of Venkatagiri for continuing the tradition and for his beautiful wall hangings. The next award was conferred on Shri C.V. Raju of Etikoppaka for bring Etikoppaka toys back to life.
Collaboration

Over the last few years CCAP has collaborated with several organisations with similar ideologies. To name a few The Craft Tree Visakhapatnam, National Institute of Design Vijayawada, Loomkatha, APCO, Handmade Collectives, Creative Dignity, Uzramma of Malkha, Bhagavatula Charitable Trust. There are many more in the offing which we are excited about.
